Cooperation

The Finnish Centre for Cultural Diversity and Memory, MUKES engages in extensive cooperation with a wide range of stakeholders, including other organizations, local authorities, and educational institutions in the field.

There is a continuously increasing demand for diverse elderly care, and the social welfare sector requires greater collaboration among various actors. Practical tools for work, training, and information sharing are needed to ensure that aging services are equally accessible to individuals from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds.

This is not only a significant social issue but also an economic one. MUKES is addressing this growing challenge by fostering close partnerships with diverse stakeholders at both the national and international levels.

MUKES collaborative partners and networks

Collaborators, such as organizations, associations, research centers, and other entities to enhance the well-being of aging populations from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds, are invaluable partners to us.
MUKES provides partners with a platform for networking, cooperation, and knowledge sharing.
Together, we can develop holistic solutions that champion diversity and the well-being of foreign-born older people with memory disorders
